Executive Director
Justin Nielson is the Executive Director of White River Academy and Mountain Valley Recovery, where he leads programs focused on therapeutic support, structure, and life-skills development.
He has served White River Academy since 2002 and Mountain Valley Recovery since 2021, drawing on extensive experience in residential treatment and program administration.
Justin is committed to creating environments that emphasize accountability, personal growth, and practical skill-building. His work reflects a hands-on approach to helping individuals develop stability, confidence, and a clearer path forward.
His hobbies include spending time with family, hunting, fishing, and enjoying God’s Country outdoors. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three boys who are all adults now, and they are hoping for grandchildren soon.
